We've all probably heard that "Sitting is the New Smoking." It makes for an attention-getting headline, but has created a lot of confusion in its wake. Many have assumed that standing workstations are the solution. Yet, standing in place all day has its own list of complications.
The truth is, sitting isn't the enemy...prolonged stillness is.
In this course, we'll delve deeply into the research and what it really means to our health and well-being, as well as practical ways to create a dynamic workstation--allowing you to go from one position to the next, without sacrificing comfort or productivity.

This 4-part series will give you a foundation of techniques to alleviate the stiffness and discomfort that comes along with working at a desk all day long.
This 3-part series features techniques to help prevent common injuries of both sports, as well as improve athletic performance and coordination, energize muscles, alleviate joint compression, improve shock absorption and improve the results of all exercise.
Note: This class is also suitable for participants of other sports and activities with a heavy emphasis on the lower body.

Sometimes when we've struggled with pain--whether from sitting for long periods of time, grueling workouts or a past injury--we can become afraid to move or feel like we have to be very careful how we move, in order to avoid re-injury.
This 3-part series features techniques that are gentle and start slow, to building your strength over time. We'll be mindful of your current limitations and work to wake up muscles that have become inhibited from injury and inactivity, so that you are not only more resistant to injury in the future, but movement will feel easy and fun again.
This 3-part series is chock full of simple techniques to protect the rotator cuff, while improving athletic performance. The simple techniques can help employees shave a few strokes off of their golf game, improve their tennis serve, open up a swimmer’s reach and breath, while simply decreasing the risk of becoming injured.
Note: This class is not JUST for the athletes listed. Anyone wanting a heavy emphasis on the upper body will benefit!
